Vale Matcha & Coffee sources all matcha from a single organic family farm in the hills of Shizuoka, Japan, at the foot of Mt. Fuji. The farm has spent over 20 years perfecting organic production and holds a Japanese patent for their cultivation methods. Our matcha is first-harvest, shade-grown 20+ days, and stone-milled to 9 microns.

## Cafe Locations

Our flagship cafe is located at 2000 Terry Ave, South Lake Union, Seattle, WA 98121. Open Monday-Friday 7am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday 8am-7pm. We serve signature matcha lattes on tap, specialty coffee, and seasonal drinks.

Our First Hill location is at 1101 Madison St, Seattle, WA 98104, near Swedish Medical Center. A Vale Matcha Bar pours ceremonial-grade matcha there Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:30pm, with a full coffee cafe coming soon (targeting late Summer 2026).
