This is the Summer of Vale. We are currently hiring over 50 Matcha Ambassadors and Baristas to serve matcha in our cafe and carts throughout the city of Seattle.

At Vale, we want people to start their mornings in a way that sets them up to have each day count. We're based in Pioneer Square, Seattle, and believe that the Cascadia region is the perfect environment to create a modern matcha movement.
What we do: We source the finest tencha leaves and matcha from established Japanese growers and apply a Cascadia Standard to every glass. Our goal is to take an exceptional product and make it accessible to everyone, without compromise.
Today, we're bringing this standard to life through our cafés, mobile carts, and a new generation of automated matcha bars. Whether we're developing at-home products or scaling wholesale partnerships, we are focused on real-world impact: creating great products and experiences that make an impact on people's lives and give them clean energy to be their best.
Matcha was once reserved for emperors. We honor the tradition and heritage, but are removing the gatekeeper. We aren't just selling a drink; we're building a vibrant community around the cup. We value thoughtful, proactive individuals who want to move fast and build a globally recognized brand from the ground up.
Over the next five years, Vale will become the market leader in matcha through self-serve matcha machines focused on last-mile distribution. We're looking for people who want to be a part of building the future of tech-enabled infrastructure that delivers amazing experiences.
