You can already find us in First Hill. A Vale Matcha Bar pours ceremonial-grade matcha on tap inside 1101 Madison St, in the heart of the First Hill neighborhood and steps from Swedish Medical Center, First Hill Campus. Stop by the cart for the same chef-crafted drinks and hospitality you know from our cafes.
Our full First Hill cafe, with specialty coffee and an expanded menu, is coming soon. We are aiming for a late Summer 2026 opening, so keep an eye out as we build out the space.
