Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Free Shipping - Limited Time

For a limited time, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.

  • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free on all orders.
  • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Available at checkout for an additional fee.

All delivery estimates are based on business days after your order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but is something we are actively working toward.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Returns & Refunds

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our matcha. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right - whether that means a replacement or a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or request a refund, email us at support@valematcha.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return or get a refund for
  • The reason for the return

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@valematcha.com with a photo of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders follow the same return and refund policy. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
