Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
For a limited time, we are offering free standard shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
All delivery estimates are based on business days after your order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time but is something we are actively working toward.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
We want you to love your matcha. If something is wrong with your order, or your first experience is not what you hoped for, contact us within 30 days of the shipping label date at support@valematcha.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the shipping label date for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because matcha is a fresh food product, opened tins, pouches, and blends are not eligible for a cash refund based on taste preference alone. If you are a first-time customer having trouble enjoying your matcha, reach out - we may offer preparation tips, a one-time replacement, or store credit at our discretion.

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the shipping label date at support@valematcha.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Our Satisfaction Promise is intended for genuine product issues and first-time experience concerns. We reserve the right to decline refund, replacement, or store credit requests in cases of suspected fraud, repeated claims, excessive use before a request, or other abuse of this policy.
Subscription orders follow the same return and refund policy. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect before the next billing cycle.
